An ideal pre-bridal skin plan starts 6 months before the wedding. Months 6-5 — clinical assessment, baseline plan, sunscreen + barrier care started. Months 4-3 — chemical peels, microneedling, hair / body smoothness sessions. Months 2-1 — HydraFacial schedule, mild brightening peels, body care, no harsh procedures in the last 2 weeks. Last week — only gentle hydration and rest.
